Honesty comes from a place that is selfless and true. A hundred percent of yourself with no hidden agendas. No dark corners and no where to hide, all bared and all shown. Stories are shared for all to see. No deceptions no shame. Lies are but a false illusion of your own perception believing it belongs only to you.

Whats true to mind comes true joy

Nothing left to the imagination.

What stories to be told, for what I can hold

Magic in the air, sights to flair

Here i come ready to bare!!!

A shift in the focus

When we go through life focused on one negative direction, one negative way or one negative feeling, must we consider the benefits or lack of? We are blind to see what we need, not aware or ‘awake’ to open our senses to be able to receive positive energies into our lives. We look for comfort in the voices of others to aid our way, forgetting to listen to our own. Our patterns become a cycle that never ends and repeats themselves without thought as to reasons why nothing ever changes. Change always starts when we acknowledge the change, the need for the better, a shift in the focus to break the pattern.

Healing Hearts

Sorrow stricken, heart ache

Life moves at a slow rate.

Empty vessels and empty mind

Trying to fill the hollow bind.

Voice of reason and voice true

Finding the light and all the hues,

Mending what they call the blues.

Recovering one self and all its health

Healing hearts what comes wealth.

Reaching past for another strand, in all its glory grand.
